If you receive defect item in SEALED bottle, please send an email to email@example.com explaining the defect that you found with a picture as an evidence within 7 days after receiving (refer to the date of delivery in your tracking status).
Defect Item When Use
We do NOT offer any return, refund, exchange, or replacement with defects that is found after the seal is broken.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Standard shipping and handling cost of 160THB (~5USD) will be charged for reshipping or deducted in refund in cases of customer...
1.) failing to pick up the package in time after the notice is left (Normally, there is 1 month to pick up after the notice is left.)
2.) denying to accept the package
