You can choose between free Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Both methods use Thailand Post (our local post) as a carrier. Please note that our local time is GMT +7 or 12 hours advance from US local time.

Shipping Notification

Once your payment is cleared, your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours by the method you’ve selected on checkout. Then, an email will be sent to inform a tracking number for checking your shipping status.

NOTE: There will be NO shipping and shipping notification during weekend and public holidays.

Shipping Policy

  • If you find the need to make any changes to your order, please inform us immediately. After the package is shipped, changes or cancelation cannot be done.
  • We will not be responsible for the cost of any item loss under the third party (Postal services) supervision. If you want fast and safe shipping, please choose Express Service (DHL Express, EMS). However, we will submit the document and try our best to track the lost item for you.
  • Please note that the shipping may delay due to public holidays, and customs holding.
  • Please contact us in the period of 28 to 35 days from dispatched if you don't get your item(s). Otherwise, we would assume that the item(s) has been received.
  • If the parcel could not be delivered due to wrong or undeliverable address, you will need to pay the shipping fee again.
